Upon proper insertion, menstrual cup will naturally unfold fully. 3. Turn menstrual cup slightly, or spin/twist to ensure proper placement over the cervix. 4. Place low in the vaginal canal and pull stem to remove. Empty/rinse it out when full. Wear for up to 12 hours. 5. Wash between uses with a gentle cleanser and hot water. You may also boil the cup for 5 minutes.
