The fabric heel pad grips can be used in men’s or women’s shoes to keep your heels from slipping and sliding around out of your shoes. They help shoes fit more snugly and prevent abrasive blisters when the back of your shoes are too loose. They are made of durable material, comfortable soft padding, and a strong self-adhesive grip. To use the heel grips effectively, simply remove the adhesive backing and stick them to the back of your shoe with the concave (more curled side) facing the ground.
