How to Use John Frieda Frizz Ease 3 Day Straight Flat Iron Spray with Keratin:
Starting with 7-15 sprays, spritz throughout clean, damp or wet, not dry hair. Use more or less depending on the texture, length, and thickness of your hair. Comb through to distribute evenly, then blow dry hair straight. Finish by sectioning and flat ironing. For best results, set flat iron temperature to at least 300°F or medium/high setting.
