Oliva Oliva Selection extra virgine olive oil displays aromas of fresh fruit, green grass, tomato and archicoke with a nice aftertaste of aromatic herbs and citrus fruits.
On the palate it is sweet, bitter and spicy whith a hint of almond adding to the complexity and personality of this superior olive oil.
This premium olive oil is of three local olive tree "Picual, Hojiblanca and Picuda" all found in the "Sierra de la Subbetica" mountain range.
"Sierra de la Subbética" is a very special bioclimatic place where man of the best olive oils in the world are made, such as Venta del Barón, Rincón de la Subbética, Parqueoliva Serie Oro and Morellana Picuda.
