This 100% natural sponge has a soft texture making it gentle, safe and will not scratch skin while washing away dirt and oil from skin.
Using Tips
1. Please remember to hang your sponge in cool ventilated place to dry quickly after squeezing the liquid out in between daily uses to prevent bacteria or mold from building up in it whereas a washcloth might stay damp in between uses.
Every 2 weeks place your konjac sponge in very hot (but not boiling) water for about 5 minutes to disinfect then hang up to dry.
After 4-6 weeks, pitch the sponge and get a new one. It s time to replace the sponge when it no longer expands properly and starts to disintegrate, which could help to keep bacteria and mold at bay.
HOW DOES KONJAC SPONGE WORK?
Konjac Sponge has a unique propriety layer that can hold water very well. When the sponge is saturated with water, its surface is covered by a water layer. This water layer on the sponge s surface constantly acts as a buffer to the skin and the layer forms a barrier between the sponge and the skin. As a result, the skin is never in direct contact with the fiber and it will not scratch and damage the skin even with hard scrubbing.
