How to Use the Sonar Sensor:
1. Toss the sensor and float into the water (Place the sensor and float in your hand, and toss underhand).
2. Attach the Side-Scan Adapter to the boat hull using the mounting tabs.
3. Attach the sensor to a handle, lower the sensor into the water.
Note:
1. The fish finder will turn off automatically if the depth display reads "---" continuously for more than 5 minutes.
2. We suggest avoid using in extreme cold water, strong waves, suspended matter and muddy water for better performance.
3. If you suspect water inside, please don t charge it and let it dry first.
4. When charging, charging indicator (red) will be on; and the light will be off when the batteries are full.
For Ice Fishing:
1. Please remove the snow on ice and make sure the ice surface is smooth.
2. If there is any air between the sonar sensor and ice, or the water below the ice, the unit will not work properly and may need to try another spot, or you may cut a hole in the ice to use.
3. We suggest making a bigger hole on the ice for better result.
