This Sennheiser bundle is an inexpensive RF (Radio Frequency) wireless headphone system, consisting of a base transmitter/charger which lets you enjoy sound without the cumbersome cables associated with traditional headphones.The Sennheiser HDR120 Headphones is a lightweight on-ear supra-aural headphones, designed for Hi-Fi or television monitoring. It receives sound from a transmitter base when connected to an analog output of any audio source (like a TV, sound system or computer). The sound quality is classic Sennheiser; detailed and balanced with good clarity and bass response. These lightweight headphones features a padded headband for comfort, and is therefor ideal for long listening or TV watching sessions. The controls are simple and include volume, transmission tuning, and an on/off switch. It is powered with AAA NiMH batteries. Once installed in the headphone ear cups, the batteries are recharged by simply placing the headphones on the transmitter base.
The TR120 acts as the transmitter and the charging dock for the headphones. It has no controls. simply Place the headphone on the hanger, they auto-charge and a LED light appears to indicate charging status; connect the base to any RCA-plug audio line-out source and it immediately activates the base transmitter when it self-detects the presence of any signal. With a range of up to 330 ft, you can use this anywhere in the house. It may also be wall mounted for your convenience.
