Utilizing only the force of gravity to settle and hold the weighted blanket snugly in place, your body will be enveloped by a soothing sensation of pressure. Often, it is recommended to select a blanket weight that is 10% of your body weight, however, we have found that the right weight varies by individual, depending on how much pressure is desired.
