Note:

Gel pads can be frozen for ice compress or heated for hot compress.

Freezing method:

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and then taken out for use.

Heating method:

Heat in hot water or microwave, but please be noted that if you use a microwave to heat the gel pad, please wrap it in a wet towel and heat it over medium or high heat, no more than 30 seconds and no more than 140 �F for using.

If your injured area is swollen and you need to reduce the swelling, please tear off the gel pad and use it alone. The splint can only be used after the swelling of the injured area disappears.
