What is your refund policy?

In case your refund approve we try to make sure it within 7 days.

 

Why cash on delivery (COD) option is not there in the payment methods?

Since we import products from USA, Canada or UK so we believe our buyers are very seriously and quality conscious people. We spent so much effort and time to bring the products from Western countries to Pakistan and there is no way to cancel or return the products. To make sure end user is serious we just take 30% advance and rest once you get your product at your door step.

 

My product can be delay?

Our estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks but there could be reason which make delivery further late e.g. 

  • Bad weather in USA or Pakistan
  • Flight delays
  • National holidays in USA
  • Customs clearance procedures in Pakistan
  • Natural Calamities
  • Few unforeseen circumstances

 

What if I have technical questions?

We are not technical people, we just import products and share with you. In case of technical question either you can directly ask from vendor or we can post your question at your behalf. If we get any response we will share with your right away.

You just need to pay 30% advance to confirm your order, rest we will charge when we deliver to you at your door step.

Yes! you can do until or unless you can deposit 30% advance using one of our payment methods you can place order from anywhere of world.
